Some Services offered on the Platform may be free, while others may involve applicable fees. For paid Services, charges may be applied to your selected payment method either as one-time fees or on a recurring subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, refunds may not be issued unless expressly stated otherwise.

Fees and Billing

We may require payment of fees or a subscription charge for access to the Platform or certain features of the Platform. By using paid Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. If you registered for a trial period, you may be required to purchase a subscription before the trial ends in order to retain access to any content provided to or created through the Platform.

All payments will be billed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. Your account will be charged at the time of purchase and upon submission of your payment details, unless otherwise stated in applicable payment terms. If your payment information is inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.

If you fail to update your payment information, we may use programs supported by your payment provider to automatically update your billing details. By using the Platform, you authorize us to continue billing your account using the updated information obtained through such programs.

Subscription Terms

Subscriptions may be billed in advance on an annual basis or at other recurring intervals disclosed prior to purchase. For annual subscriptions, we will provide a reminder of the then-current subscription fee at least thirty (30) days and no more than sixty (60) days before the end of your subscription term, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

QBP Advisors LLP reserves the right to change pricing for recurring subscription fees from time to time, with prior notice to you. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. If you do not agree with the updated pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing becomes effective.

Automatic Renewals and Cancellations

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each applicable subscription period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. If you cancel during an active subscription period, you will continue to have access to the applicable Services until the end of that subscription period.

No Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law, QBP Advisors LLP does not provide refunds or credits for cancellations, partial subscription periods, unused features, or unused time remaining on a subscription.
